Northstar Builders has been building in the Prescott area for more than 25 years. We are your local hometown builder in a city affectionately know as “Everybody’s Hometown”. With our corporate offices just minutes from the historic downtown Courthouse Plaza, Prescott is our home, too. We love living and working in this breathtaking northern Arizona mountain community—just an easy 90 minute drive from Phoenix. 

 

At the helm of Northstar Builders is President and Managing Partner Nick Malouff, who formed the Company guided by customer-first principles, time-tested standards of excellence and a focus on one home and one home buyer at a time. Over the last two and a half decades Northstar has built over 300 homes in the Prescott area along with commercial buildings and retirement housing.  Nick and his dedicated team are recognized as one of the most highly regarded homebuilders in northern Arizona.

 

Northstar is not your typical home building company as our General Manager is a veteran general contractor and a “generational craftsman builder” with over 30 years of homebuilding experience!  In addition, other Northstar team members are seasoned professionals that are experts in the home building process and are dedicated to delivering a home that has been built employing the industries best practices.
